1. Where do you ship products?

  • We currently ship across India

    2. When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

  • After the order is confirmed, we dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number along with estimated delivery date.

    3. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

  • If you have made any error while placing your order or need to make any changes to your order, please email us at info@keyraa.com at the earliest. We will take all efforts to ensure that the correct order is delivered to you.

    4. How do I check the status of an order?

  • Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your ‘junk’ folder.
  • You can also go on our website keyraa.com and put in your order number to track your order. 
  • If you still didn’t receive an email with tracking information, please contact us on info@keyraa.com

    5. What is our refund policy?

  • If you are not completely satisfied, please write to us on info@keyraa.com within 5 days of your purchase.

     6. How do I return my unused product?

  • If the product you have received is damaged, expired or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at info@keyraa.com in order to start the return process.

     7. How do I get a refund for my returned order?  

  • Once you have requested for a refund, our executive will arrange for a pickup of the returnable items. After checking the products & the issue, your refund will be processed within 7 -14 working days.  
  • Loyalty points earned for the order will get auto deducted in case of return or refund.

     9. Do you ship internationally? 

  • We currently ship in India only. 

10. How do I order online?

  • Add products to your order by selecting a product and quantity and click on add to cart.
  • Your total order amount will show in your shopping cart, you can click on ‘view bag & continue shopping’ to view the items in your cart.
  • When you click on check out simply log into your account (if you have one) or continue to check out as a guest and fill in your shipping and billing information and press submit order.
  • After we process your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. 

11. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, Kotak Pay, Itz Cash, UPI, Sodexo and all other payment options available on PayUbiz. We also offer Cash on Delivery.

12. The product I want is ‘temporarily out of stock, will it be available again?

  • We suggest you subscribe to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to all new products, promotions and news. You can also register to get notified if an out of stock product comes back in stock.

How can I review my order history?

  • You can review your order history by logging into your account on keyraa.com and clicking on your Profile/Account.
